Chapter 10 details about the procedures to be followed and actions to be taken, in case of any deviations from the prescribed norms. The chapter specifies the process of alerts, process of escalation to the following stages, specific escalation process for Prospective Project Work Schedule (PPWS) and cash entitlement to be paid to candidates, penalty to be imposed in case where the default identified as major and minor in nature. It also detailed out imposition of minor and major penalties, its procedures, timelines, imposing authority, respondents, appeal process and appellate authority.

• Issue, Escalation of Alerts, escalation, penalty proceedings
