Chapter 7 focuses on tracking and placement processes and related definitions. It starts from tracking of a candidate after the training completion and completes with decision on placement at 2nd, 3rd, 4th and final instalment release and tracking of trained candidates upto 12 month from completion of training. It details the sample generation process for both desk and physical verification (composition, timelines and rules for generating samples), list of items to be verified in each of the verification (desk and physical) and list of documents required to carry out verifications.

After completion of this chapter the participants will be able to understand the following processes:

• Tracking process of both placed and not placed candidates.
• List of items to be verified at relevant documents to confirm placement
• Relevant definitions of tracking and placement process
• Procedures for desk and physical verification
• Retention and career progression, verification process and incentives thereon
• Foreign placements, verification process and incentives thereon, assistance to be provided for foreign placement candidates
• Review and usage of the various standard forms described in the chapter
