Chapter 9 details the procedures to grade and rate of training centre, tracking and placement of trained candidates. Through which, overall performance of project and implementing agencies of DDUGKY would be evaluated.

   o Batch Training Quality
   o Placement Quality
   o Project Execution Quality
• Methodology of marking and grading of projects
• Assessment of relative performance of PIAs
